Accessibility statement
We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA across every screen of this app.
What we checked
- Every screen works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to the main content.
- Text and controls meet 4.5:1 contrast (3:1 for large text) in both the light and the dark theme.
- Buttons and fields are at least 44 by 44 pixels, with labels above every field and errors beside the field.
- Alerts, booking results and visitor pass changes are announced to screen readers through live regions.
- Motion stops when your device is set to reduce motion. Nothing flashes.
- Layouts hold from 360 pixels wide to large desktops, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
Known gaps
- The QR code is a picture. The same pass is always available as a six-digit code that can be read out at the gate.
- The document buttons are placeholders. The live PDFs will be tagged and tested before launch.
- We have tested with automated checks and by keyboard. A full test with screen-reader users has not been done yet.
- Native date and time pickers follow your phone's own settings and can look different on each device.
