Annual general meeting: Saturday 24 October at 10:00
The clubhouse hosts this year's AGM. The agenda and the proposed 2026/27 levy are under Account, then Documents. Proxy forms are at the estate office until Thursday.
Planned water interruption on Phase 2, Thursday 08:00 to 13:00
Municipal supply is shut off while a valve is replaced. Fill a few containers tonight. The estate water tanker will park at the clubhouse from 09:00.

The estate generator keeps both gates, the guardhouse and the main road lights running. Individual homes are not covered, so charge your gate remotes.
Pool pump replaced, pool reopens at 14:00
The new pump is tested and ready. Please keep the pool gate latched and shower before swimming.
Speed humps on Fish Eagle Drive from 12 October
Trial humps go in near the clubhouse. Please slow to 20 km/h. We will ask for your feedback in the next poll.
Garden refuse moves to Wednesdays from 14 October
Bags are out by 07:00 at your gate pillar. Branches are tied in bundles under 1,5 metres.
